Our modular, medical-grade inserts are engineered for multi-decade use, converting the rugged transport cases you already own into long-life cold chain systems, eliminating the cost and waste of disposables while delivering performance that far exceeds OEM standards.
Each insert combines:
- Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIPs) encased in high-barrier laminate film and rated for 15–25 years of service life when properly handled (avoiding puncture or breach).
- Phase Change Material (PCM) panels precision-calibrated and validated for over 12,000 thermal cycles, the equivalent of 30 years of daily use.
That’s up to 4–6× longer than conventional replacement inserts. Long-term stability translates into savings of more than $7,000 per case over its usable life compared with recurring replacement cycles or disposable systems.

Our drop-in conversion modules are designed to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of transport cases and maintain 2–8 ° C for 3–5 days, depending on case size and configuration, all without power or dry ice.
Note: Cases must have sufficient internal clearance to accommodate approximately 2 inches (50 mm) of wall thickness for the integrated VIP + PCM panels.
